My Prints Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?

UnitPrints carefully packs and ships orders in multiple layers of cardboard, plastic, and styrofoam in order to minimize any potential damage. However, should you receive a damaged print, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Keep Everything:
    Keep all materials (including prints, boxes, packing materials) regardless of which were damaged. Please DO NOT throw anything away.
  • Email Us:
    Please send an email to us as soon as possible letting us know the damage and provide images of the damage to the package and the item inside. Our customer service team will assess the damage and issue a reprint manually!
