There Was An Error On My Order. Can You Reprint It For Me?

Reprints & Corrections

UnitPrints strives to deliver the absolute best in quality and excellence. If you should experience any problems or issues in any way with a UnitPrints product or service, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Contact Us:
    If you notice an error with your order, please contact us via e-mail (below) as soon as possible. Please include your Name, Address, and E-mail used when placing the order. If something is missing, please be sure to check in between all cardboard pieces and in all plastic bags.
  • Reprints:
    Reprints will only be provided for the exact file originally submitted.
  • Refunds/Credits:
    If a credit is requested and approved, all prints in question must be returned with proof of delivery before a refund can be issued. Please note that credits can only be applied to actual print funds. Refunds/credits cannot be approved on orders placed through Pro Photographer albums/orders.
  • Order Cancellation:
    Once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled for any reason.
