Missing images in a .zip file download!?

If album contains multiple images with same file name only 1 of those images will be in your .zip file when downloading all files.
You can download missing files individually from the album or gallery.  Or to resolve completely = rename all your files so each has a unique name and re-upload all images to a new album then delete old album.
