Be sure you are using Chrome or Firefox browser and have a really strong internet connection a wired connection is recommended. Be sure your internet browser is up to date. Streaming video or playing games while uploading in not recommended. If an upload takes longer than 20 seconds to upload your upload will timeout you will need to either upload a smaller file or seek a higher bandwidth connection.
